accent pillow case baby burlap decorative M A R E artistic trading cards personalised birthday gifts

Hello there! It’;s Riikka here to share some ATCs with you! I love the sea. I’;ve lived my whole life in coastal cities and somehow the sight of the sea always calms me down. So these little cards are made in honor of the sea. Together they spell “;mare”;, meaning the sea.

The cards are made using mainly the 7 Gypsies collection “;Maritime”;. As the name impliesaccent pillow case baby burlap decorative, it fits the theme perfectly and has a great feel of the ocean. I also added some pieces of canvas in them to get a more rustic feel and more texture. Each card also has touches of different mists and paints to give them a sandy feeling. I used different paint media and added also some UTEE to the mix to get the grainy feel of the sand.

We recently got our gorgeous Christmas cards. ?Can I just say hooray for die-cut cards? ?Our photographer just started carrying them this year and I love them. ?The cards are amazing, but the included envelopes were not so special. ?The plain ivory envelopes left something to be desired. ?I saw this idea for fabric lined envelopes from See Kate Sew a while ago. ?I knew it would be the perfect way to dress up the envelopes.
